We, us or our relate to City Sheriff Legal (Incorporating Croydon Process Servers) <\/p>\n\n\n\n Our terms and conditions can only be varied by us agreeing to this in writing. These terms and conditions will supersede any terms or conditions stipulated by you in any communication to us. They will supersede any prior representations made by us including written, oral or other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We will provide the intended service as allowed by English Law through the use of our own personnel. The use of a servant or agent of including without limitation any person, company we appoint to assist us (\u201cagent\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n You must make us aware of any time limits or deadlines relating to your instructions. We accept no liability whatsoever for being unable to complete an instruction on time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We do not accept<\/strong> Legally Aided cases<\/strong><\/strong>. The Legal Services Commission do not accept fixed fee invoices. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Instructions are on the understanding that we are instructed by you. If you are instructing us on behalf of your client you will be liable for all our fees, charges & disbursements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n We reserve the right to refuse any instruction, and terminate the service at any time without any liability to us whatsoever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When payment is requested on account we reserve the right to wait until this has cleared. <\/p>\n\n\n\n We reserve the right to dispose of any documents we are holding after 3 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n If necessary a Purchase Orders should be provided at the time of your instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We may invoice you on completion of the work, however we may also ask for a payment on account.<\/strong> We will refunded to you any overpayment within 7 days from the date of our final invoice. We’re are unable to offer refunds once work has commenced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Fees will be payable by you immediately we undertake any work for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Payments terms for our services are 15 days net. We advised you to obtain a payment on account from your client if required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If we intend to pay a disbursement on your behalf we may ask you for payment on account. At our discretion we may add this fee to our invoice on completion of work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you email documents to serve you agree that we may charge you a fee for the costs printing.
